We buy from the places that use valves.
Surplus equipment has a history. Knowing the facility, project, service, and storage environment helps us understand the inventory and ask better questions.
Different facilities produce different surplus.
Our review adapts to the source while maintaining the same fundamentals: identity, condition, authority to sell, documentation, and practical logistics. Every guide below gives a distinct seller task rather than repeating a city name.

Open industry guideAuthority, safety, and traceability come first.
The seller must be authorized to transfer the equipment. For plant removals and used equipment, disclose known prior service, contamination status, and site requirements. Preserve serial and asset tags rather than removing traceability.
Corporate sellers may need purchase orders, bills of sale, tax documentation, vendor onboarding, insurance certificates, site orientations, or approved carrier procedures. Share those requirements early so they can be included in the transaction plan.
For decommissioning or turnaround work, separate the purchasing decision from physical removal. We can discuss the valve inventory and coordinate appropriate logistics, but facility owners remain responsible for isolation, decontamination, safe release, and compliance with their procedures.
If your inventory spans electrical, instrumentation, piping, or unrelated materials, organize the valve portion separately. This website is intentionally focused on valves, actuators, and directly related controls so each page remains useful and topically coherent.
