Five steps

Heavy equipment should not be moved across a facility or loaded onto freight until the parties understand what is being reviewed.
We qualify the inventory
We identify the likely equipment category, confirm missing information, assess current demand, and decide whether the lot fits our buying program.
Review the proposed terms
When there is a fit, we discuss the equipment included, verification assumptions, price, payment, and the responsibilities of each party.
Coordinate logistics
The plan may use parcel shipping, LTL freight, dedicated truck, or on-site pickup based on weight, location, site access, and lot economics.
Verify and complete
Final acceptance follows the agreed verification process. Payment and transfer are completed under the confirmed terms, not generic website promises.
Payment terms before transport
For an approved acquisition, the parties confirm the price, payment method, verification conditions, equipment included, and timing in the purchase terms before freight departs.
Qualified-lot logistics
For a qualified lot, the parties confirm freight scheduling, Bill of Lading information, carrier responsibilities, transport charges, loading access, and receiving requirements before equipment moves.
Safety and release requirements
Equipment from chemical, hydrocarbon, utility, or other industrial service must be handled under the owner’s facility procedures. Known prior service, residue, release status, and transportation constraints should be disclosed.
What changes an offer
Every quote has assumptions.
Valve identity, quantity, condition, documentation, prior service, contamination status, packaging, loading access, and location can affect a proposed purchase. If the equipment differs materially from the submitted information, the parties may need to revisit the scope or terms.
We do not promise that every submission will receive an offer, that every valve is suitable for reuse, or that a purchase price can be determined from weight alone. The purpose of the review is to reach a clear, supportable decision efficiently.
Safety relief valves, pressure equipment, powered actuators, and valves from hazardous service may require additional records or inspection. The eventual installer and end user remain responsible for applicable codes, testing, recertification, and fitness for service.
Before you send freight

- Use appropriate pallets, blocking, banding, and weight labels
